COVID Info

Key points:

  1. Everyone in my office suite, therapists and visitors, are fully vaccinated.

  2. If you are fully vaccinated as well, we can meet in person, with or without masks.

  3. I am no longer accepting new patients for virtual/remote treatment.

Prior to 2020, I didn’t offer “virtual therapy.” Then, at the height of the pandemic, from the spring of 2020 to the spring of 2021, my practice was exclusively by video or phone. I resumed in-person practice after that. I believe in-person treatment is superior to virtual sessions whenever practical.

Existing patients are welcome to come in person, or we can continue meeting remotely if desired. If you joined my practice expecting remote treatment, I will not insist on a change. But I recommend returning to the office if you can.

New people meet with me in person only. Do not come to the office (masked or not, COVID-tested or not) if you feel sick or have a fever. While I usually see people without any masks, I’ll wear one if you do, and you prefer this for safety. I have a window exhaust fan running in the office, we often keep bathroom and waiting room windows open, and we’ll usually have one person at a time in the waiting room.

My fees are the same for in-person, telephone, or video appointments.

Please ask in advance if you have any questions or concerns about COVID protocols.
